Meet Albert Einstein

Albert Einstein was a famous scientist who helped us understand how the universe works.

• Born in 1879 in Germany
• Loved thinking more than talking
• Asked many questions

He did not look like a “perfect” student, but he was very curious. His ideas changed science forever.

Childhood and School

As a child, Einstein:

• Talked late, worried his parents
• Loved math and puzzles
• Did not always like strict schools

> He once said, “It is a miracle that curiosity survives formal education.”

He showed that even kids who don’t “fit in” can grow up to do amazing things.

Moving Around the World

Einstein’s family moved several times:

1. Germany → Italy

2. Italy → Switzerland

3. Later to the United States

He moved to stay safe and to find good places to study and work. In the U.S., he worked at Princeton University and spoke out for peace and human rights.
